Hay que tomar metas complejas

En este episodio de Growth Tactics entrevisté a Julio García y me dio su consejo para hacer crecer su negocio.

Julio García es BDM de Logicalis y se encarga realizar sobre el servicio, software y arquitecturas para esta empresa en México. Además, desarrolla ofertas de soluciones en cuestión de seguridad tecnológica y digital. Julio integra distintas soluciones para ofrecer servicio personalizados a sus clientes y en este episodio nos cuenta su estrategia al respecto.

3:06 – A veces hay metas que se ven muy complejas, que nosotros como compañía y nuestros clientes, que también aplicando constancia y disciplina, logra sacar uno.

4:20 – Al lograr entender estos objetivos, nosotros nos vamos como punta de lanza para desarrollar ofertas que hagan sentido para nuestros clientes.

6:57 – Este centro de competencias nos permite homogeneizar ese conocimiento, y de pronto, exportar e importar ese conocimiento que sea desarrollado en otro país.

9:42 – Enfocarnos en un pequeño servidor que tengan ahí para protegerlo de una mejor manera, habilitar a los usuarios soluciones.

11:18 – Buscamos retos que son complejos, pero siendo una empresa localmente en México de 5 o 10 personas, nos fuimos a atender los grandes operadores móviles.

11:53 – “Nos puede brindar este tipo de servicios” que en ese momento no existían o no había una oferta tan grande en el mercado, nos empezó a abrir puertas. Poder habilitar a los operadores en temas de 4G o 5G.
