1:08 Soy emprendedor serial, soy director de StartupGrind en Santiago de Chile, también soy CEO de ProsperPoints. que se dedica a disminuir la adicción de Smartphone por parte de los colaboradores o empleados en el trabajo para poder aumentar la productividad y seguridad laboral, también trabajo como inversor como gerente de innovación de la holding para crear soluciones financieras para inmigrantes en todo el mundo para poder darles acceso al mundo bancario.

4:42 Para crecer mi Startup lo que hice fue comprender que las mejores estrategias vienen de salir de tu zona de confort y básicamente lo que nosotros implementamos fue mucho bootstrping y aprender que en etapas tempranas puedes hacer muchas cosas con poco dinero.

5:05 Lo mejor que tu puedes hacer con tu equipo son estrategias con Growth hacking o estrategias creativas que te permitan crecer en mayor escala sin gastar dinero.

6:15 Nosotros seleccionábamos a algún estudiante que fuera popular y con el hacíamos acuerdos en privado para que nos ayudará a ser el evangelizador de la universidad con la App, gracias a esto hubo un crecimiento orgánico.

7:22 Ya cuando generas una base, entonces ya puedes levantar capital.

8:27 Es recomendable hacer muy felices a los 10, 20, 50 o 100 personas a ser indiferente para 10,000 personas.

10:37 Lo que nosotros hacíamos era básicamente poner objetivos, teníamos un Excel donde buscábamos estrategias para implementar donde habían tres puntos: Éxito, Indiferente y Fracaso.

15:15 Nuestro mayor problema en nuestro primer Startup es que el 60% de este era asesorado, financiado y liderado por Estadounidenses.

16:25 La clave es no casarte con tu idea, con tu estrategia o con tu método, cásate con el problema.

17:27 Con una hora al día me encargaría de crear todos los lazos ya sean las ventas, partners socios, crear Networking, crear alianzas.
